Excellent location in Praça do Bosque, 50 meters from historic Quadrado and 10 minutes walking from the beach. It has been totally refurbished and painted during 2010 and has a nice decoration. Nice garden with hammock and shower.On the ground floor there is a big varanda with the dining table and two sofa-beds (1 and 2 people) close to the american kitchen, the living room with a big sofa-bed (up to 3 people) and the shower room looking at a small winter garden.The bedroom is on the first floor with queen size bed (1,60x2,00), mosquitos net, air conditioning and a small covered terrace with nice view over the garden and the bush.The house is available for a maximum of 8 people.
